Notice the birds returning to New England every day ... the sights and the sounds of all of nature, our children playing outdoor spring and summer sports and more people getting out to the Rails to Trails for a walk or some bicycle exercise. Be alive with it and live well and longer.

Calendar House Senior Center - A great place for active mature adults. Read April newletter: "Active Lifestyles" for full details on classes, programs, exercise, trips, health and safety tips games, entertainment, camaraderie and modestly priced weekday lunches.
