Note: High Hopes is a private, permanent home for children with multiple disabilities located at 44 Woodlawn Terrace, Meriden, CT. Founded in 1971, High Hopes takes in children referred by the Department of Children and Families. It is partially supported by charitable donations. The children range in age from 6 to 32 years old.
